Dr. Saul Larner brings a wealth of experience and education to his roles as a cross-border Realtor. His broad, faf-reaching array of experience underscores his passion to mastermind complex real estate transactions, which he brings to an early conclusion.

He co-ordinates with all parties in an effort to curtail or vanish taxes based on international tax treaties and capital structures. He was the appointed mediator and auctioneer of the $50 million Robert Taylor ranch. He holds an LL.M., (Master of Laws in international taxation) and a Ph.D. with a specialty in international economics. He has served on the Board of Governors of international organizations and has written several books on real estate and international taxation. He has developed courses with continuing education credits approved by the State Bars of Hawaii, California and Florida.
